Easy and Inexpensive Customized Christmas Cards

It's after Christmas and boxes of Christmas cards are on sale... 75% off!  You tried to print your own cards before and it was a big headache... double-sided printing, alignment problems, expensive card stock, expensive ink and you also had to buy special size envelopes.

Not this time!  Buy those cards on sale and customize them, for a fraction of the cost of what you did before, and get them done faster and easier.  Here's how:

Choose a card design that would accommodate your photo.  For example, this card has a colorful background and border which would nicely frame your photo. (This box of 18 cards with envelopes was $2.00 on sale after Christmas.)

Measure the part on the card that you want to cover up.  Crop your photo to that size and duplicate it to fill your premium inkjet photo paper.  Get the full value of this paper.

Cut out your photo prints and glue them onto the cards.  I recommend using a glue stick or glue tape.  Liquid glue will make the colors bleed.

There you go!  Great-looking cards customized with your family photo.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours!
