So you want to make webpages with the easy-to-use webpage project in your Broderbund software.  The first thing you should realize is that while it is easy to add words, images, sound and even video clips to your webpage, it may not be possible to control exactly how these elements will display.  Let's face it. You paid perhaps $50 for your program and maybe only one-tenth of the program is devoted to the webpage project.  So really, you've got yourself a $5 webpage making mini-program.

If this program's webpage project cannot do all the things you absolutely must have (such as forms, frames, slideshows, streaming video...) then you need to get a real website design program such as Adobe Dreamweaver ($399) or MS Expression Web2 ($299).

In making your webpages, you may have run into some limitations.  Here are the most common ones which we can discuss on the next few pages.
