Saturday 16 Ends	Game 1, 9 AM Pace of Green: 13 sec.	Lost 15 to 13 Notes: Umpires were called 7 times to measure head. Team Purple won only 2 measurements. We had to kill 3 ends including the 16th.	vs. Angela & John Donohue, District 1
Saturday 16 Ends	Game 2, 1 PM Pace of Green: 14 sec.	Lost 19 to 10 *Turning Point:* We were down 11-9 going into the 11th end. Opponents were holding shot near the jack. After firing 3 runners at the jack and missing, with my last bowl I inadvertently drove out Liz's bowl which was 2nd shot. Result: we dropped 4 points.	vs. Hazel Reid & Joe Murphy, District 7 We conceded after the 15th end. Dead Ends: 3, by us.

Team History

Liz & Remi first began playing together on August 21, 2004 at a tournament at Heritage Greens in Kitchener. It was a two-entry Mixed Triples event. That six-person team won all 3 games and won 2nd prize for $120.

The first time Liz & Remi played a Mixed Pairs tournament, they won it to capture the Mabel Carter Trophy at Churchill Fields, Hamilton, August 26, 2004, winning $150.

2005: Team Purple played in 20 MP tournaments with an overall record of 35 Wins & 23 Losses. Total Prize money $518. Took 2nd prize (3-0) twice. Didn't participate in District MP Playdowns due to conflict in dates with Ladies 3-Day Tournament and District 5.

2006: Breakthrough year for Team Purple winning the District 5 MP pennant. An overall record of 39 Wins & 34 Losses and played in 25 tournaments.
