Email Setup
Outlook Express - Change/Confirm settings
  1. Open Outlook Express

    First open Outlook Express, then select Tools Accounts from the menu.




  2. Mail accounts

    Now switch to the Mail tab, highlight pop.porchlight.ca, and click Properties.




  3. pop.porchlight.ca Properties

    First confirm your porchlight.ca email address.  This should take the form of your user name@porchlight.ca.




  4. Server settings

    Switch to the Servers tab and confirm the following:

    Incoming mail: pop.porchlight.ca
    Outgoing mail: mail.porchlight.ca
    My server requires authentication: checked

    Finally, ensure that your porchlight.ca user name and password are entered and click Ok and then Close to finalize the settings.
